Wrong legality in Legacy for Sudden Substitution

I'm making a jank Legacy combo deck (WU Sudden Pact) using Sudden Substitution , but the site says that card isn't legal in Legacy, while it is according to, well, the ban list... Can somebody fix this, because I tried and can't?

It's because it's from a new set. Tappedout takes time to update. Ignore it.
