I have a foil Kalonian Hydra and a non foil Path to Exile .
I would like a Deathrite Shaman and Shocklands. Specifically, Overgrown Tomb and Watery Grave . I would also consider Mutavault , Breeding Pool , and Temple Garden .

For Near Mint condition, Star City Games has the foil Hydra listed at $40.00 currently, and has been at that stable price for over a week. TCGPlayer has the median foil Hydra price at $42.44 currently.
SCG has TGarden at $12.00, TCG at $12.91
SCG has Path at $5.99, TCG at $6.18
SCG has Deathrite listed at $18.00, TCG has the median at $14.29.
SCG has OTomb at $12.00, TCG at $9.49
So, I could trade my foil Hydra and non foil Path for your Deathrite, OTomb, and TGarden. I could add in a promo foil Knight Exemplar worth $4.00, if you'd like...

Let me know what you are pricing the Hydra at and I will see what I can offer you. I have 2 OTombs, at least 2 shaman and 4 TGarden, one Mutavault. Just curious to see what you are looking for value wise.
The Hydra will drop after it rotates the lands are always stable.... I always have a hard time letting them go :(
