I am looking to trade/sell my japanese Bonfire of the Damned , whichever works best for you. Also, why did it's price spike up out of nowhere, I didn't get to follow any tournaments or anything so I am just curious why

yea a lot of decks are splashing red just for bonfire. I was highly disappointed to see that as if I had known I would have traded my shiny one for 2 regulars. Instead I sold it way under market value. :( oh well. I'm willing to trade you for your japanese one. Let me know what you might be interested in.

Because it's broken as hell and anything running Red does or should use it.
Hell, most decks are worth splashing Red just for it.

Because any deck that has red in it in standard runs it. It's a one sided board wipe. Normally you pick between control (board wipe) or aggro, but with bonfire you can have both, as it doesn't affect your own creatures.
