Agreed with Epochalyptik. Unless you absolutely need certain cards in that list. Even then I'd just ask around here and see if there is someone is interested in your Koth.

I'm with Epochalyptik on this one. If you go by value, Koth is worth roughly $2.50 (on the low end) while Bloodhusk Ritualist is worth about a nickel, Delver is maybe a dime, Demonlord is worth roughly a quarter, Falkenrath is a penny card, Profane Command is worth about a dollar, Skirsdag is about twenty cents, and Trepanation is worth a penny. If my math is right, that means you're trading $2.50 for $1.62, and that's for the entire lot.
Koth might be rotating soon, but that's no reason to just throw a planeswalker away. People like them for older formats, so they tend to hold a fair bit of value.

I had a red artifacts deck which included koth but that deck did not work out, and i can not seem to make it work so i just distributed my good red to my other decks. I switched out profane command for slave of bolas. And I have a mono black ("sacrifice a creature" and use cards like Gravepurge to get them back. Most of the list will help the deck. The slave of bolas is for my Blue/black deck. The Delver is for my White/Blue humans and unblockable. The Koth in its self is no better than a Chartooth Cougar to me. And since its worthless to me, in a sence i gain a profit. Does that help?

The point is that you could get added value by picking card(s) at a comparable value and trading for those. Go to your LGS and see if they'll give you a pack for it if you're looking to just give the thing away. They might even have more of the cards you need than the person with the trade proposed.
While you might be gaining "profit" in some intangible sense, clearly the trade troubles you, otherwise you wouldn't have questioned it on the forums here. Go with your gut. You can get more.

if you REALLY need the list trade ONE koth for it and trade the other 2 for value, but really you are getting a bad deal mate and I would heed the advice of the other users here.

Well I will ask my other (MTG expert) friend if the trade is good. I will post if I trade at about 3:30 pm (its 6:51 am for me atm)

You are losing a lot of value on this trade. I wouldn't trade one Koth for the entire list.
