Just updated binder

It's now entirely up to date with cards I find worth something. I have a few misc foils from sets M10-AVR as well that I didn't list.

I'm really looking to sell the whole lot of the cards for $150-ish but I'd take lower without argue. I have a list of the small amount of cards I'm looking to get in the binder and if you suggest trades I'll look at it.
