The Wizard seeks the one Wizard who paints tomes and alters the tomes with their powerful chants for the wizard seeks tomes to be altered for it is his will.

Mighty Wizard, you might have better luck questing for the altered art tomes if you are willing to sift through the assorted scrolls here for a fellow Wizard who can utilize their powerful chants to alter the tomes.
