How does Myr Battlesphere work with Myr Galvanizer?

Asked by engle2192 14 years ago

ok so with myr battlesphere when you tap other myr's you get +x/+0. now my question is, if i would tap all my myr, then use myr galvanizer to untap them, then retap all of them again. would that stack? like if i had 5 myr out and galvanizer, what is the most x could be?

Just to point out the interaction.

You declare your attack with Myr Battlesphere . Ability triggers, and goes on stack. At time of resolution of ability, you can tap untapped Myrs to add the +x/+0, then thats it. You can't untap your tapped creatures and re-tap them again after the triggered effect resolves. (and you can't trigger another ability while one is in the middle of resolving)

You can however untap the creatures then tap them to other effects.

So with that in mind, the most you could get with a +x modifier would be 7.

5 Myr + 1 Myr Battlesphere + 1 Myr Galvanizer = 7 (You just untap everything and then tap everything to the Myr Battlesphere BEFORE the triggered ability starts resolving)

But as the others have said above, this has been covered quite recently and as such ya should really take the time out to read the questions posted by other users just in case they bring up something that you might want to be asking about.

Hope this helps.
