Are planeswalkers affected by the legend rule, or something different?

So do planeswalkers have their own rule, or does Mirror Gallery work with planeswalkers as well?

"306.4. If two or more planeswalkers that share a planeswalker type are on the battlefield, all are put into their owners graveyards as a state-based action. This is called the planeswalker uniqueness rule. See rule 704."

No, it is it's own rule that is separate from the Legend Rule.
