How much mana are your trying to alter? Manamorphose is an option.

If I'm not mistaken, he's thinking about the discussion we had in a Braid of Fire question just a bit earlier.
There's a number of little utility artifacts that can convert mana to a different color - Prophetic Prism , Prismatic Lens , Mana Cylix for example - but they all require tapping to activate, so they're only good for one mana per turn.
If you ARE talking about Braid, then your best bet is actually probably to change the text - cards like Glamerdye , Alter Reality , Mind Bend , or Spectral Shift can change color words. So, for example, you can throw an Omnath, Locus of Mana out there, change him up so he preserves red mana instead of green, then you get to hold on to the red mana from Braid. Or just use Upwelling for an easier fix.

I was thinking of using Braid of Fire ... turn the Red Mana gained each upkeep into Green Mana, Feed that to Omnath, Locus of Mana that way the mana won't drain out of my pool during my upkeep.

Green Mana Battery would change 2 mana at a time...

hmm...you could work something with Pentad Prism , Coretapper and Voltaic Construct , storing your mana as counters on the prism. Oh, and Training Grounds to make it a straight 1 to 1 conversion, instead of losing half your mana in the process (seems like Upwelling is WAY less complicated)

well, if you're going to do that, you might as well just play Gemstone Array .

Gemstone Array is an interesting Idea, granted it would half the mana, but it appears to be the least card intensive way of doing the job.

Invasion block had a few ways to change mana both in artifacts and creatures I think. But if it's straight 1-for-1 conversion... I can't think of anything above hasn't already mentioned.

North Star lets you use red floating mana as green, but kinda needs 8 mana and a card to pull it off, so it's not much use for competitive decks.
False Dawn and Celestial Dawn allow you to use mountains to play green cards/ abilities, which isn't quite what you wanted but might help.
If you're talking about using Simian Spirit Guide , just use Elvish Spirit Guide instead.
