Blitz of the Thunder-Raptor targeting Indestructible

Asked by Bblackboltt 6 months ago

If I play Blitz of the Thunder-Raptor targeting an opponent's creature with indestructible with lethal damage, is the creature exiled even though it has indestructible? Or does the creature stick around?

The creature will stick around. The important part is that it says "If that creature would die this turn". So the exile only happens if the creature would die. Indestructible creatures do not die from having lethal damage marked on them.
