well it depends is it a token copy of the creature or clone itself? if its the token copy then no, as tokens are exiled after theya re removed from play (after of course trigring any goes into the grave yard) if its not a token well the same thing happens.

706.9a If a copy of a spell is in a zone other than the stack, it ceases to exist. If a copy of a card is in any zone other than the stack or the battlefield, it ceases to exist. These are state-based actions. See rule 704.

No once Clone is put into the graveyard it will no longer be a Vengevine . once a card is put the graveyard it reverts to that card's printed Characteristics so it would be a 0/0 Clone not a Vengevine

note: this is why Body Double was a star in Reveillark decks

To paraphrase -

No, when Clone is sent to the grave yard it becomes Clone again a 0/0 creature with only its printed ability. The effects of the copied creature dissipate when clone leaves the battlefield (changes zones).

The same would in fact happen if Clone was blinked byVenser, the Sojourner 's +2 and the Vengevine or original target was destroyed. When Clone returned to play you would need to assign a new target which would be unfortunate if no other creatures were in play.

Hope it helps.
