Can Amulet of Vigor untap a tapped land that was exiled?

Basically if i have Amulet of Vigor in play and i tap a plains for Ruin Ghost 's ability and i exiled the tapped plains, would it return and be untapped because of the ammy of vigor?

justarsaus is correct but if you exiled say Sejiri Steppe it would come into play untapped due to the amulet

Actually, to be more accurate, It comes into enters the battlefield tapped. Then it untaps. It may seem like a small detail but it does make a difference for some cards.

its not that small of a deal, cause amulet of vigors stack. when it comes back into play you can tap it in response to the first amulet untapping it, and the second amulet untaps it again. Ruin Ghost + Tideforce Elemental + 2 Amulet of Vigor s and any blue white land that comes into play tapped=infinite landfall, and or with the life duel land from zendikar infinite life. one more amulet =infine mana.

Yeah that is true, odd engine to build from but true. Those were the types of reasons I was getting at for sure

That.Is.Awesome :)
All ya'd need would be a Dual land, like Celestial Colonnade or Glacial Fortress or Seachrome Coast and some way to search for the critters... Artifact search shouldn't be a problem with Trinket Mage

Yes.
Unless the Amulet of Vigor is destroyed then any land that is resolved off Ruin Ghost 's ability will come back into play untapped.
