Can Arcane bombardment make a copy of a spell that left exlie?

I have an Extus/Awaken the Blood Avatar commander deck and I have Arcane bombardment to capitalize on a Sorcery as a commander. Let's say I cast Awaken the Blood Avatar and instead of returning it to the command zone I leave it in my graveyard to later be exiled with Arcane Bombardment.
Now, as a result of Arcane Bombardment moving my commander to a new zone, I choose to move my commander back to my command zone as a replacement effect. If I elect to cast Awaken the Blood Avatar from my command zone, will Arcane bombardment be able to cast a copy of Awaken the blood Avatar despite it no longer being in exile?
Is this similar to a situation if someone were to exile a commander with The Mimeoplasm and the commander is returned to the command zone instead? There are also Ingest creatures that might attempt to try something similar.
TLDR: Does Arcane Bombardment still make copies of cards no longer in exile that were exiled with Arcane Bombardment?
Seconded. Awaken the Blood Avatar Flip stops being "a card exiled with Arcane Bombardment" if it leaves exile.

Unfortunately, I believe the answer is no:
CR 607.2a: If an object has an activated or triggered ability printed on it that instructs a player to exile one or more cards and an ability printed on it that refers either to "the exiled cards" or to cards "exiled with [this object]," these abilities are linked. The second ability refers only to cards in the exile zone that were put there as a result of an instruction to exile them in the first ability.
Since Awaken the Blood Avatar Flip is no longer in exile when Arcane Bombardment triggers, it does not qualify for the linked ability. Bombardment only counts the cards that are still in exile.
