Can Gigantiform be multi-kicked?

Asked by Kisho 14 years ago

Hey, with Gigantiform , when you bring it out, you can kick the 4 to bring out another one. If you had the mana, would you then be able to kick another 4 to bring out a 3rd, and then a 4th? Or does the ability to kick only come into play when you're specifically casting the spell, and not when it's being brought out by another card?

Kicker costs can only be payed once and only when the spell is cast, not put into play.

Multi-kicker is its own keyword that works the same way, except that you can pay the cost multiple times when you cast it and there is an effect for each time you kicked it.

When the second one comes into play, you can NOT kick it, as you are not casting the spell.

It's the same as bringing a Goblin Ruinblaster into play with Mimic Vat , the card comes into play but you can't kick it. Which is a shame really... :(

Back to the question... You can't re-kick a spell that isn't being casted.

PS: Crothselm pretty much answered this one. Just confirming it incase there is doubts :)
