can i regenerate a creature that i have sacrifice to myself?

i need to know the answer. i have a vampire deck, thinking whether to put so creatures than can regenerate

Regenerate only replaces if a creature is 'destroyed', whether this is by lethal damage or a destroy effect. A creature having it's toughness reduced below 0 (by Grasp of Darkness or something similar) or a creature being sacrificed can't be regenerated.

I don't think so, but Reassembling Skeleton get's by that, since it does not technically regenerate.

regenerate is only if it was destroy? can i regenrate the second turn? or must i regenerate him during my turn?

Reminder text on Regenerate: The next time this creature would be destroyed this turn, it isn't. Instead tap it, remove all damage from it, and remove it from combat.

You can activate it in either player's turn, which is why creatures with Regen make awesome block sticks.
