Can i return Kuldotha Phoenix during upkeep if i had to sac it that same upkeep?

Lets say that i have a Kuldotha Phoenix on the field and my opponent has Call to the Grave in play. Assuming metalcraft is active, can i sac the phoenix then pay its cost to return it to the field all during the same upkeep?

Yes you can. The Grave would cause you to sac a creature, your creature would resolve to the graveyard, and you would still have the option to do any actions you need during your upkeep.
