Can I sac a creature using an outlet, but still use its ability?

Okay, so I sacrifice a Fume Spitter to Bloodthrone Vampire , for example. The Vampire gets +2/+2, but is there any way for Fume Spitter 's ability to resolve as well? Or does it just not work that way? Thanks!

it doesnt work that way dude sorry. if it were Mortician Beetle than both the beetles and bloodthrone ability would resolve because it wouldnt be sacking for more than one ability. spitters ability has to sac itself, so its a choice between one or the other
