Can I sacrifice a permanent to more than one cost or ability?

Ok, so I'm new to this. Saw I have a [card]Golden Urn[/card] and a [card]kuldotha rebirth[/card]. If I sacrifice the Golden Urn for kuldotha, can i still sacrifice it for the life?
no when you sacrifice something its sacrifice can only be used for one ability.

The problem here is that sacrificing the Golden Urn is part of the COST and not part of the EFFECT. Because of this, you cannot tap the urn and then play Kuldotha Rebirth , which also requires you to sacrifice an artifact, because the artifact already WAS sacced.
Goblin Cannon and any instanct speed artifact sacrificing card, (like, say Tinker , works fine, because the cannon is sacced as part of the EFFECT, so if you put ten activations of it on the stack, then Tinker , When Tinker resolves the damage still happens, the game simply ignores the impossible action appended (Saccing the already dead cannon).

EDIT : Forgot Tinker Is not instant. Add Leyline of Anticipation and my example works :P

just so you know if you want to make a link to a card you put two brackets [ in front of and after the card name heres how it would look:
[ [Card Name] ] just remove the space between the brackets and the link works. so [ [Tinker] ] would be Tinker

Simple answer- no
The sacrifice is a cost, and therefore happens before the ability goes onto the stack.
