Can i unearth one creature several times in one turn?

If i have Bloodthrone Vampire and Dregscape Zombie , can i unearth dregscape, sacrifice it to bloodthrone, unearth him again and repeat the process provided i have enough mana to do so?

Unfortunately not. Part of Unearth is that if it leaves the battlefield, it is exiled. So, once it gets sacrificed, it will go to the exile zone.

There's nothing stopping you from doing that with Reassembling Skeleton though!
