Can you Clone Sphinx of Jwar Isle?

now i know shroud means it cant be targeted but im double checking on this.. can i Clone a Sphinx of Jwar Isle because of the fact that it says "any"? correct me if im wrong but i would say yes

yes u could Clone any creature with shroud because the effect doesnt target

in fact since it doesnt target if u played Clone and ur opponent had a Progenitus Emrakul, the Aeons Torn or any other legendary creature on his side of the field u could Clone it and theyd both die because of the legend rule :)
