Can you force your opponent to skip their next turn with Magosi, the Waterveil and Bazaar Trader?

Can you tap to put one eon counter on Magosi, the Waterveil , tap Bazaar Trader to give it to them so they must skip their next turn?
Peter has it right, abilities on the stack are controlled by the player that put them on the stack until and unless another effect or ability alters that (Commandeer for example).

Just to be clear I'm not saying Commandeer will work to gain control of the activated ability of Magosi, the Waterveil . It won't. Commandeer only takes control of spells, not abilities.
But if there were a spell or ability that could do what you're looking for it would be worded similar to Commandeer but would probably say "activated ability" or "triggered ability" instead of "spell".

You can always give them Magosi, the Waterveil , use Mindslaver , then either violition-reins Your land back or Wind Zendikon Act of Treason it back, to net a nice 3 turn streak :D

Ok, well, how about this. Are there any combos that allow you to take two turns using a Bazaar Trader ?

The one I just mentioned above your post. Give them Magosi, use mindslaver to make them tap it themselves to net them losing two straight turns, and during your time in those turns, via something like Wind Zendikon act-of-treason,-or-volition-reins by itself, and tap magosi, to net a timestream of 1. your turn, 2.then their turn you control, 3. then your turn, 4. then your turn (they skip a turn) 5. Then your turn, from using [[card:Magosi, the Waterveil's handy counter from when you Mindslaver 'd them.
FUNNY

Funny, yes :) practical, no :(
Firstly, you need a perfect hand to do it, (Ramp + 4 cards)
And Secondly and probably most annoying of all... You'll need your opponent to have a way to generate blue mana... hence why I said 4 cards... Prophetic Prism being that last card that you might need to pass on to your opponent...
There isn't any easy way to take infinite turns other than the idea that hamburgers has put forth.
One other way to make opponents loose turns, or rather control them... is a Mindslaver , Sun Titan + Salvage Scout combo.
Basically, you need to ramp up to 10-11 mana (Green makes a great bedfellow for this kind of thing), getting Sun Titan down along the way. Play and activate Mindslaver , then attack with Sun Titan. Next turn you use Salvage Scout to fetch the Mindslaver back and recast it, activate again, then attack with Sun Titan , get back Salvage Scout, ya see where this goes...
Neither of these ideas are full proof, and require a lot of combo'ing to get off.
Honestly, the best use for Bazaar Trader is to steal something via Act of Treason or similar and just give control of the creature to... you (via Bazaar Trader 's ability!) When Act of Treason s effect ends, the creature will stay with you, rather than go back to where you stole it from (Until it dies/exiles/bounced/etc!) :)

The rules state: "602.2a The player announces that he or she is activating the ability. If an activated ability is being activated from a hidden zone, the card that has that ability is revealed. That ability is created on the stack as an object that's not a card. It becomes the topmost object on the stack. It has the text of the ability that created it, and no other characteristics. Its controller is the player who activated the ability. The ability remains on the stack until it's countered or resolves."
So sadly no, it would have been truly hilarious.
