let's say i have two changeling heros out... i play coat of arms what bonuses do they get

2 Changeling Hero + Coat of Arms only gives a bonus of +1/+1.

Coat of Arms doesn't work the way you think it does. Sharing multiple creature types doesn't give an additional bonus. Coat of Arms counts creatures, not creature types.

Formula for Coat of Arms is:

Bonus = n-1

n is the number of creatures that share at least one type.

Examples:

2 Changeling Hero = bonus of +1/+1

3 Changeling Hero = bonus of +2/+2

4 Changeling Hero = bonus of +3/+3

Yup. You only get one choice of creature type. And shapeshifter is a type. the special sub rule that it counts as all creature types does not apply. Besides. Like the answer given above, you only get one type among the types the creature shares. So above answer is correct.
