Clarification on how Erinis, Gloom Stalker would interact with Glacial Chasm.

If I have Erinis, Gloom Stalker on the battlefield and have Glacial Chasm in my graveyard, when I attack could I return Glacial Chasm to the battlefield? -Given that I have another land to sac with Glacial Chasm. Then on my upkeep, not pay Glacial Chasm's cost, sacking it.

This would then allow me to attack while preventing any damage dealt to me on my opponent's turns. Correct?

That's correct. As long as you keep on having a land to sacrifice to Glacial Chasm's ETB, you can keep on bringing it back every turn and have it until your next upkeep.
