copy token ruling
Asked by Bobby654 1 week ago
I built a deck following the M.O.M rule change with incubator tokens. The commander is Volo, guide to monsters. Now say I play Shill howler and volo goes off. would both be allowed to flip. or do I need a new deck idea

Under the new rules, an effect that creates a token that's a copy of a transforming double-faced card will result in a transforming double-faced permanent. You will get two copies of Shrill Howler Flip, each of which can be transformed by paying . See rule 707.8a.
