If you played two Jace's Erasure would you have your opponent put two cards into the graveyard everytime you draw one.

Yep, each time you draw a card, both card:Jace's Erasures will trigger, causing two cards to go from the top of a library into a graveyard.

It also works with scry, but only if you get to draw a card after you scry. Pretty much anything that will cause you to draw a card. (each card, not just for the initial draw. So if you put Tome Scour, Jace's Ingenuity, and Jace's Plainswalker abilities together thats a lot of card removal!

If you use jace, the mind sculptor's second ability, both card:Jace's Erasures will trigger three time each. So, you will get to mill six cards.

However, jace, the mind sculptor's ability will have to finish resolving before the card:Jace's Erasures abilities go on the stack. You'll have to put two cards from your hand onto the top of your library first. Because of this, you could even target yourself with two of the mills to get rid of the cards you put onto your library if they would have been bad draws, then mill your opponent with the remaining four triggers.

I apologize for the poor grammatical fashion that this question was posed.
