Do you get metalcraft if a teammate control 3+ artifacts and in 2HG do you and your partner do things at the same time?

Ok couple questions.
First, can you equip a teammates creature?(Yes I know it was justed asked but I can't open the page)
Will metelcraft work if my teammate has 3 artifacts and I have none?
Do u draw and play stuff at the same time?
Okay for metalcraft and equipments, no you can not gain metalcraft because of their artifacts and no you can not equip their equipments, but you can enchant their creature if the aura allows you to do so.
Yes you do have the same phases as your partner, you may play at different speed but you do draw, attack, second main, defend, and end your turns at the same time.
I think the only time you might not have the same turn is if you or your teammate uses a spell/ability which allows THEM to take an extra turn, but thats above my knowledge of the game.

Effects that would give or take away a turn of a player would also give or take away the turn for the team.
Meaning Time Warp would give target player and her team an extra turn. Sorin Markov 's last ability would give his controller the power to take control of his opposing team's turn.

Equip is only to a creature you control and at sorcery speed.
No, you do not control your teammates permanents or anything they put on the stack. You may however look at each others hands and discuss tactics.
You and your teammate take the turn at the same time and enter phases and steps at the same time. So yes, you would both draw at the beginning of the draw step.
