No.
The "Indestructible" effect means "cannot be destroyed". It's not an issue of targetting or regeneration; the permanent is immune from anything that "destroys". For a creature, the only way that it can go into the graveyard is if it has its toughness reduce to 0 or more, or is sacrificed.

And for your citation :
Indestructible
If a permanent is indestructible, rules and effects can't destroy it. Such permanents are not destroyed by lethal damage, and they ignore the lethal-damage state-based effect (see rule 420.5c). Rules or effects may cause an indestructible permanent to be sacrificed, put into a graveyard, or removed from the game, but never "destroyed".
Darksteel Myr survives Wrath of God .

No. And here's why:
Destroy effects that kill everything (don't target it) are still destroying it. Since Indestructible's text reads "...effects that say "destroy" don't destroy it." the creature is safe from board wipe.
I believe the board wipe is the only way to beat shrouded creatures, but indestructible can only be removed by negging abilities and spells (Grasp of Darkness or withering creatures), sacrifice and exile.

it depends on the board wipe you use Day of Judgment , Wrath of God , And Pyroclasm wont work on indestructible creatures, but Shrivel , Infest , and Mutilate will all work though.
