Does Exalted trigger more than once if there are multiple combat phases?

If I attack with my Rhox Charger and I have a Finest Hour out, my charger gets +2/+2 the first time, and then I attack with him alone again, does he get an additional +2/+2 for a net +4/+4 because it says until end of turn? If so my rafiq EDH just got a thousand times better...

Yes, that is why Rafiq EDH can be so dangerous.
