Does Fire Servant only affect one spell

So I have a Fire Servant on the table and cast two Lightning Bolt s. Do both deal double damage or do I have to choose only one?

Each red instant or sorcery spell that you control and deals damage would deal double damage as long as Fire Servant is in play.
