Does Platinum Angel override Felidar Sovereign?

say you have Platinum Angel out and your opponent has Felidar Sovereign out and also has 40+ life. it just became your opponent's upkeep. what happens?
they put the Felidar Sovereign 's triggered ability on the stack, it resolves, and the 'opponents can't win the game' clause on the Platinum Angel prevents them from winning the game. Any 'can't' effect supersedes an opposing 'can' effect - Limited Resources supersedes Fastbond .

Yep, the rule of thumb is that can't overrides can.
It is the result of logic really:
Card 1 says "When you meet this condition you win!"
Card 2 says "Players cannot win."
When you meet card 1's condition it will do it's thing and try to make you win which will make card 2 do it's thing and stop you from winning. In effect, both cards are doing what the say they will. This can be demonstrated by imagining what happens if you then remove card 2 from the game, namely card 1's ability is no longer suppressed and you win.
Both cards are actually functioning, one just prevents the important part of the other from happening. If card 1 for example also said "Your maximum hand size is 25." that would still apply.
