Does Stormtide Leviathan's ability allow lands you control to produce blue mana in addition to it's normal mana?

As stated, "All lands are islands in addition to their other type."

Does this mean that if I have a forest out, it produces green AND blue? Green Or blue? Or just green?

It could tap either to add 1 blue mana to your mana pool or 1 green mana to your mana pool. All lands (recent ones, anyway) have the mana ability implied. The actual text of a Forest , for example, reads: "tap: add G to your mana pool." If there is a Stormtide Leviathan out, then that Forest has, in addition to "tap: add G to your mana pool", "tap: add U to your mana pool." A similar result comes from Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth .

From the Oracle wording on the Leviathan:

"Stormtide Leviathan's second ability causes each land on the battlefield to have the land type Island. Each land thus has the ability to tap to add U to its controller's mana pool. This effect doesn't change anything else about those lands, including their names, other subtypes, other abilities, or whether they're legendary, basic, or snow."

So yes, your forests can tap to add G as well as U. This is because it says "in addition to their other types" on the card - meaning it just adds to the card, it doesn't take anything away.

If it was worded like Spreading Seas , and simply said "All lands are islands," it would change the Forest and not add to it - and it would also be a very, very strong card.

sporkife is correct. All lands can be tapped for either their color of mana (such as a Forest for green) or blue mana.

lol I've only done this twice but it's complete trolling. [Counterlash] [Stormtide Leviathan] out onto the battlefield for only 6 mana i think? right? I don't rememer fully but I know its less mana and it's an ultimate troll. I counter your creature, pull out my creature and now you can't attack unless you have island walk or flying. Have a nice day. :)
