Does the passive ability of creatures stack if there is more than one on the field?

Does the passive ability of creatures stack if there are more than one on the table? For instance for each Hand of the Praetors on the battlefield would your opponent get a poison counter every time you summoned a creature? Also would arrest stop this ability from being activated?
Activated abilities can be easily spotted on cards as they always have a colon between the cost and the effect.
Also, you can decide the order with which the praetor's triggers go on the stack if they are triggered at the same time (makes no difference in this case, but worth knowing)

Yes, each Hand of the Praetor's with "trigger" when you cast an infect creature.
It's ability is called a "triggered ability" because it only occurs when something else happens, as opposed to an activated ability, which requires you to choose to use it.
Triggered abilities are not effected by arrest.
