My Elvish Warmaster has triggered for this turn, and then is bounced to my hand. If I have the mana to replay it, will it be able to trigger again?

Yes. Any time a card is removed from the battlefield for any reason, when it reenters it counts as a new card for all ability-purposes. So it will be able to trigger again.
