How does Stormtide Leviathan's ability work?
Asked by Kisho 14 years ago
I'm almost positive on the answer, but as it came up for discussion last night, I thought I'd confirm.
With Stormtide Leviathan 's "Creatures without flying or islandwalk can't attack" ability, does that mean all creatures on the battlefield, including those of the player controlling the Leviathan, are unable to attack at all unless they have flying or islandwalk? Or that only creatures with flying or islandwalk can deal damage to the Leviathan?
Also, not in question, I find a certain irony in an ability that turns all swamps - an area of land with lots of water in the middle - into islands - an area of water with lots of land in the middle XP
Stormtide Leviathan 's ability "Creatures without flying or islandwalk can't attack" means that no creature can attack unless it has flying or islandwalk; not that they can't deal damage to Stormtide Leviathan . They just can't attack at all.
Stormtide Leviathan is like a fat guy in a kiddie pool.
