How long do cards stay Extended legal

So I know the rotation happens in October, but I was wondering: which sets will be kicked out of Extended next year?

The Lorwyn-Shadowmoor block will rotate out of Extended along with the Zendikar block leaving Standard. This will mean all cards in the Lorwyn, Shadowmoor, Eventide and Morningtide sets will be illegal for use in sanctioned Extended tournaments.
