If a creature becomes a land type in addition to its other types would it cause a landfall ability to trigger?

If Ashaya, Soul of the Wild is on the battle field with Zimone, Mystery Unraveler and I manifest dread a card, would ashaya’s second ability cause Zimones second ability to trigger and turn the face down card up? Since manifesting a card makes a 2/2 creatures and ashaya’s second ability makes creatures also land types, thus causing the landfall ability to trigger?

Yes, if a creature enters the battlefield as a land, it triggers landfall. With both creatures out, the first land you play (or creature you cast) will trigger Zimone to let you manifest dread, then turn a creature face up (which could even be the one that you just manifested).
