If AEther Flash is on the field and my opponent has Tempered Steel out and an artifact creature enters the field will it take the two damage before it gets the buff?

If I have AEther Flash and my opponent has Tempered Steel on the field what would happen to the 1/1 thopter tokens from deck:thopter-assembly would they be killed by aether flash or would they be 3/1s the turn they come into play, basically which enchantment has it's ability resolve first?
This would be the same thing for and other enchantment and creature/token that would die to AEther Flash that example was simply the easiest for me to explain.

doinitwrong is doinitrite. Tempered Steel is a static effect that is in effect from the moment the creature is on the battlefield; AEther Flash , on the other hand, is a triggered ability that goes on to the stack as soon as the creature touches down, so to speak. So in order for the thopter to activate Aether Flash, it's already being affected by Tempered Steel.

I believe that the +2/+2 happens before the 2 damage.
