if an eldrazi is equipped with Argentum Armor can an opponent sacrifice the armor's target to the annihilator ability first?

If a Argentum Armor is attached to an eldrazi with annihilator, lets say pathrazer, and the pathrazer attacks can the defending player sac the permanent you chose(from Argentum Armor ) using pathrazer's-annihiator?
In other words could the defending player negate the Argentum Armor 's ability using the pathrazer's annihilator?
typo on choice 2 -
" Placing the Annihilator on the stack, followed by the armor will allow the player to know, since you declared the target, which permanent you want gone. "
should read
" Placing the Armor on the stack, followed by the Annihilator will allow the player to know, since you declared the target, which permanent you want gone."

Seconded. To put it simply-
Yes, you can sacrifice what is targeted by the Armor if the attacker is foolish enough to let you do so, but a smart attacker will make you sacrifice AFTER he kills the armor target.

Yes and No
You control both sources causing the effect, you triggered two abilities, the Argentum Armor and the Annihilator. You choose which order they go onto the stack at this point. REF 603.3b The choice of the permanent being sacrificed occurs after the resolution of the triggered effect. The choice of which permanent you destroy with the armor is chosen as a target, and declared with the effect. REF 114.1
Ex. Pathrazer attacks, equipped with the Argentum Armor , both effects trigger simultaneously when the trigger is met. You as the active player, attacking, choose to place the items in the order you choose.
Choice 1 The Armor's target must be declared at this point, so I would have this trigger first, then the Annihilator. so you would place the annihilator on the stack, followed by the Armor's ability, so when FILO hits you are obliterating the permanent you want gone, and then the Annihilator resolves and the bugger sacs something else.
Choice 2 Placing the Annihilator on the stack, followed by the armor will allow the player to know, since you declared the target, which permanent you want gone. They can then sacrifice the same permanent, invalidating the target and fizzling the effect.
PICK CHOICE 1 :D
114.1. Some spells and abilities require their controller to choose one or more targets for them. The targets are Objects(s), player(s), and/or zone(s) the spell or ability will affect. These targets are declared as part of the process of putting the spell or ability on the stack. The targets can't be changed except by another spell or ability that explicitly says it can do so.
603.3b. If multiple abilities have triggered since the last time a player received priority, each player, in APNAP order, puts triggered abilities he or she controls on the stack in any order he or she chooses. (See rule 101.4.) Then the game once again checks for and resolves state-based actions until none are performed, then abilities that triggered during this process go on the stack. This process repeats until no new state-based actions are performed and no abilities trigger. Then the appropriate player gets priority.
