If both players have a Mimic Vat...

Who gets the first chance to imprint a creature when it dies? I assume it goes to whoever has priority, so generally whoever's turn it is.
Also, if that's true, what happens in a multiplayer format when, say, a creature dies and two players have a Mimic Vat , but it is neither of their turns?
But wouldn't that be bad for you?, i mean If you have the priority and imprint first he can respond to that by imprinting it himself givin you no creature and allowing him use it?

Basically Jorke it uses APNAP order (ie Active Player Non-Active Player). Just for examples sake if we assume everyone had a mimic vat the active player would put his trigger on the stack with the lowest priority, then in turn order players would add their trigger to the stack. If any player controls more than one effect that was triggered since a player has received priority then they choose the relative order of their effects.
Keep in mind that this process of adding these triggered abilities to the stack is not actually done via the priority system, it is simply making choices required by the game and doesn't otherwise interrupt the priority process.
In short when a triggering event occurs, the next time a player would receive priority players go in APNAP order adding any effects to the stack that were triggered by permanents/abilities they control that have triggered since the last time a player has received priority. Once that has been resolved state-based effects check again and if all is well the game checks for any new triggered abilities and then if all is well still it gives priority to the player who would receive priority.

Point of Clarity: When I say the active player adds his triggered effects to the stack with the lowest priority...I just mean his triggered abilities are going to wind up the lowest out of those triggered, he doesn't actually add those triggers to the bottom of the stack, just the top as normal...which will of course be buried by the triggers that follow.

definately with two people it'll go to whoever has priority.
according to the wizards website, priority goes clockwise 'round the table. So whoever is closer to the left of the player who's turn it is.
