If i cast Tome Scour, then Reverberate, then activate a level 2 Echo Mage's ability targeting Reverberate how many times would Tome Scour be copied?

i THINK it would play out like this... cast tomb scour and cast reverberate targeting tome scour for 10 cards off, then activate echo mage targeting reverberate to again target tome scour for a total of 15? if thats the case i guess i could just use echo mage and target tome scour again for the same result? or would it double reverberate with echo mages ability and count as 20? am i even stacking this correctly? hahaha. thank you in advance for dealing with this confusion :D

Using the Echo Mage's ability on Reverberate would allow you to either copy another Reverberate or another Tome Scour. Effectively, you're still only copying Tome Scour a third time by copying Reverberate with Echo Mage, milling 15, not 20.
