If I cast Vivisection could i sac the same creature to Throne of Geth to get its ability as well?

If I were to cast Vivisection on an artifact creature could I also tap Throne of Geth and add its ability to the stack before Vivisection resolves?

No you can't because sacrificing is a cost and you can respond to the cost of casting Vivisection with Throne of Geth .

In addition you can't pay the cost of both abilities with a single sacrifice.
