If I have a humility active on the field and my opponent animates his mishra's factory, is it a 1/1 or a 2/2? Also does it have its ability to pump other assembly workers?

I think that the ability of the Mishra's factory overides the humilty but im not sure.

You have invoked the wrath of the dreaded layer rules, and the equally-annoying timestamping.
Unfortunately, although Leardawg's explanation is logical and I WISH it were how things actually worked, the answer is more complicated.
If you activate card:Mishra's Factory with a Humility already out, the Factory is, post-activation, a 2/2 Assembly Worker, but with no abilities. To explain why would, again, go into a very dark and dank corner of the comprehensive rules, but that's how it works. (You could still boost the activated Factory with an unactivated, still-a-land Factory, of course).
If you have an activated Factory already out when a Humility comes down, THEN the Factory becomes a 1/1 Assembly Worker with no abilities. Again, explanation is complicated.

It's still not easy to understand, but you might start to see why things work this way.

It would be a 1/1 and not have the ability to pump. Humility says that all creatures lose all abilities and are 1/1. The only way around that would be an enchantment or something like a Giant Growth .
