If I have Heartstone out will it reduce the cost of Spike Weaver's second ability to just removing a +1/+1 counter?

So if Heartstone is out, am I correct in assuming the combat prevention ability cost (for Spike Weaver ) remains the same? Or do i only have to remove a counter?

yes it would stay the same. because it says right on the card if the cost would be reduced 0 it is 1 instead.

so all of spike weavers would cost:

(1), remove a counter: effect (either the damage prevention or giving a creature a +1/+1 counter).
