If I make Kiln Fiend unblockable using Goblin Tunneler then I pump it is the fiend still unblockable?

if i make [Kiln Fiend] unblockable with [Goblin Tunneler] and pump him after he is made unblackable, is he still unblockable? or does the effect negate?

Nope, it works just fine.

Goblin Tunneler only needs it to be P2 or less when you target the creature, and again when it resolves. After it's done resolving, the creature is declared to be unblockable for the rest of the turn, no strings attached.

Oracle ruling on Goblin Tunneler :

"The power of the targeted creature is checked both as you target it and as the ability resolves. After the ability resolves, the creature will remain unblockable even if its power becomes greater than 2."
