If I pay only one or two colors for the casting cost of Reaper King is he still all five colors?

I know Reaper King 's got the five colours in his cost but if say you only paid his cost with blue and black mana is he still red, green and white?

Yes, his color is based on the symbols that appear in his casting cost, not how that cost is paid. Kinda like Beseech the Queen is black no matter which way you pay it
