If I put a creature into play using Sneak Attack then exile it using Venser, the Sojourner will i still have to sacrifice it at the end of the turn.

Lets say I have Sneak Attack and I play any creature, doesnt matter which, and after I attack with said creature I use Venser, the Sojourner 's first ability to exile it, when the creature comes back at the end of the turn, is it sacrificed?
yes it would be sacrificed, it is still there at the end of your turn.

No, if the creature leaves the battlefield, then returns, you don't sacrifice it.

doinitwrong is correct, you do not sacrifice the creature.
400.7. An object that moves from one zone to another becomes a new object with no memory of, or relation to, its previous existence.
There are some exceptions, but none are relevant in this situation.

I agree, if it leaves play it is no longer in any way the same card. Nice combo idea man.

Scratch that, I only take another turn if I cast emrakul. Oh well, 4th turn emrakul.

venser would be turn 5 though? and sneak attack costs a red to activate anyway so turn 6?
