If I return a leveler from the graveyard will it come back with all the counters that it had?

So, say I have a Lord of Shatterskull Pass with 3 levels on it, and it's sent to the graveyard. Then someone brings it back on the battlefield, such as Liliana Vess with her ultimate. Does he come back leveled up?

Nope.

Same applies to the card if someone bounces it back to your hand as well.

Lol thought at first he was talking about the card Leveler, cus I was going to say uhhhh goodbye library and what counters are you talking about? But he clarified it.

Theemptyquiver is right! Counters disappear whenever a permanent leaves play.
