If I sacrifice a creature would both Bloodthrone Vampire's and Viscera Seer's abilities both activate?

if i have a bloodthrone vampire and a vicera seer on the field and i sacrifice 1 creature do both their abilities activate?
No, because, when you are going to sacrifice a creature to activate an ability, you are actually sacrificing the creature to the other creature to activate the ability. In your example, let's say we have a Bloodthrone Vampire and a Viscera Seer on the board with some other random creature. You sacrifice the creature and only one ability will be activated, either Bloodthrone Vampire 's or Viscera Seer 's, whoever you made the sacrifice to.
There are a couple cards out there, not that I can remember a one off the top of my head, that state, "anytime a creature is sacrificed". Those cards would be activated if you were to sacrifice a creature to activate Bloodthrone Vampire 's or Viscera Seer 's abilities, but not in the scenarios you put forth here.

No. For both of those cards, the sacrifice is a cost, you can't use the same sacrifice to activate both abilities. (side note: older cards actually outlined on them, for sacrifice costs "Any creature already being sent to the graveyard" couldn't be sacrificed. These days it's just down in the rulebook)
In contrast, Mortician Beetle or It That Betrays would both have their abilities activated, as the sacrifice is a trigger rather than part of the cost.
