If I use Fauna Shaman to discard an incarnation such as Vigor will it shuffle into the library?

will discarding the incarnations work and shuffle them back in?
well, yes, you could discard a Vigor , shuffle it in, then search your library for it, but I'm not exactly sure what you would accomplish by that.

well as discard fodder, they woud recycle for other cards i need. so i always can fetch

you could also discard card:Nissa's Chosen as discard fodder too don't forget about that

When its discarded, Vigor hits the graveyard and triggers the shuffle ability.
The only card who might freak out about Fauna Shaman, is Progenitus, Because of the wording... "if it WOULD be put into a graveyard, shuffle etc" I think then it is still discarded, it just gets shuffled immediately without touching the graveyard.

you discard Progenitus for the activated ability, but then it doesn't go to the graveyard and gets shuffled in before the Fauna Shaman ability resolves.
