If make a player lose with mindslaver, do I lose too?

Say I use Mindslaver on someone who has two health, then use his own Lightning Bolt to kill himself, do i lose? Or does he? Or do we both.

Simply put, only he would lose

Right. Mindslaver only says you control the player's next turn, not that you share the player's identity as far as the game is concerned.

So no, only he loses.

The player who is at 0 or less life when state based effects are checked loses. it doesnt matter whose turn only which player has 0 or less life.

More importantly, can you lightning bolt yourself?

Absolutely. Bolt's text simply says "target player," not "target opponent." If it said the latter it'd be a no, but as it is you're free and able to do so.

No real reason to, except in the jankiest of decks. But you can. =p
